Question 1

Q: What hours do you do the training to and from?

A: Between 7am and 6pm, sessions of up to 4 hours - minimum 2

Question 2

Q: How many people are in the cab training?

A: Normal training is 1-on-1

Question 3

Q: How long is the training?

A: Flexible to suit you with training available in 2 hour lessons - pay as you go

5 day block booked training with a test on the 5th day. We tend to be flexible so we can cater for specific needs.

Question 4

Q: Is the theory test included in course cost?

A: Unfortunately not, only practical training and test day fee. However Atlas can organise theory test bookings on your behalf.

Question 5

Q: What do I need to organise before I come to you and start training?

A: Medical, provisional and theory test, medical and provisional forms can be downloaded from DSA/DVLA website.

Question 6

Q: I have had a full driving license for a number of years; do I need to apply for a provisional truck license?

A: Yes - unless your counterpart license (paper part) has a provisional entitlement allowing for category C vehicles.
